A zephyr is a gentle mild breeze. A strong wind, while being invigorating, can also bear down on you, struggle with you and against you for every inch of ground you cover. On the other extreme, a completely still and windless moment can surround and overwhelm you as an equal oppressive. To be in the midst of a gentle mild breeze, a zephyr, is to enjoy the alluring taste of freedom and balance in the breeze around you.
I find a person especially one of the female brand is best suited to a personality like that of a zephyr – a continuous yet mild and gentle breeze that stirs and lights upon the world around it…but does not struggle or fight for dual rights with every soul they meet.
My constant goal is to cultivate a zephyr-like attitude, answering to the belief that all persons have the right to an opinion – and that opinion must be based in Theonomy (being in line with God’s nature), not autonomy (being solely self governed). Many, even in the Christian and still even in conservative Christian society bind themselves to ideas and opinions that are not theonomistic but ruled autonomously.
My goal with The Zephyr is to address, discuss and further provoke thoughts by sharing my own.
